Your data rights

Signed-in users can download a portable JSON copy of their Report Scout data or request a one-time account-deletion link. The deletion link expires after 30 minutes and also works for Google, LinkedIn or X accounts that do not have a password.

Other requests

For correction, restriction, objection, questions about international-transfer safeguards, or a request that cannot be completed in account settings, email hello@arboretica.com. Describe the request without sending identity documents until we explain a secure verification method.

We normally respond within one month. Complex requests may take longer where the law permits, in which case we will explain the extension. Some data may be retained where law requires it, including Dutch invoice and accounting records.
