ResponsibilityReports.com alternatives: where else to find sustainability reports

Last updated: 28 October 2026

ResponsibilityReports.com is a free directory of sustainability, corporate responsibility (CSR) and ESG reports. In October 2026 it listed 26,289 reports from 4,488 companies, which can be browsed by name or by stock exchange (among them the NYSE, the London Stock Exchange, the ASX and the TSX). Its sister site, AnnualReports.com, does the same for annual reports. It is a good first stop. These are the places to look when it does not have the company, the year or the kind of report you need.

SustainabilityReports.com

A large archive of sustainability reports from companies around the world, free to browse and download as PDFs. Its paid services cover bulk downloads and data extracted from the reports. Best for older reports and for collecting many reports at once.

The company's own website

The original source, and the first place a new report appears: usually under Sustainability, ESG, Investors or Responsibility. Best for the latest report of one company. Our guide on how to find a company's sustainability report covers where it can sit, including inside the annual report.

Regulators and stock exchanges

Reports a company must file are kept by the regulator or the exchange: the 10-K and 20-F on SEC EDGAR in the United States, the Annual Securities Report on EDINET in Japan, and the ESG reports that Hong Kong-listed companies publish on HKEXnews. For companies under the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, the sustainability statement is part of the annual report. Best for the official, filed version.

CDP

Companies' answers to CDP's questionnaires on climate change, water and forests, which CDP publishes when the company makes them public. Best for climate data in a format that is the same for every company.

Report Scout

Report Scout lists each company's reports by year, annual and sustainability reports side by side, with links to the company's original documents. Each document is read before it is listed, to confirm the company, the type and the year; today it tracks 2,125 companies in 72 countries. It began with the world's largest companies and adds any company someone asks to follow, public or private. It can also email you when a company publishes a new report (see how to get an alert when a company publishes its report): free for up to 25 companies, and $49 a month for up to 500 and every report type.

A note on the GRI database

Older guides still point to the Global Reporting Initiative's Sustainability Disclosure Database, once the largest free collection of sustainability reports. It has closed; most of the reports it listed can still be found on the companies' own websites or in the archives above.

Examples on Report Scout

Companies whose sustainability reports Report Scout holds, those with the most reports first. Each page lists the documents by year, with links to the originals. All of them: sustainability reports on Report Scout.
